How to redeem?

1. For every RM150 purchase you will be entitled to a RM5 Shopping or Food Vouchers. You can accumulate your purchase to redeem for higher value vouchers.
2. Contact our Customer Service Officer for voucher redemption form.
3. Allow 3 working days for the processing of redemption request.
4. Collection of your Gift Vouchers:
   1. Walk-in to Telegift Corporation Sdn Bhd
   2. Pay RM3 for the delivery of vouchers to the addressee

Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption of vouchers can be accumulated for a higher value vouchers.
2. Redemption is based on nett purchase.
3. Gifts vouchers redemption are not valid for purchases from value discounted bill, overseas order, contract order and special orders.
4. Payment must be made in full within 30 days from date of invoice before any voucher can be redeemed.
5. Gifts cannot be exchange for cash.
6. Telegift reserves the right to substitute any of the illustrated vouchers with another of equivalent value in the event of non-availability.
7. All redemption must be redeem at our office during working hours.
8. The use of the vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions stipulated on the respective vouchers.
9. Telegift cannot be held liable for lost vouchers.
